My daughter has Class Dojo and her school and (before I worked for myself) My babysitter for my son al-ways texted me throughout the day. It helps you still see what your children are doing and gives you peace.
-Find a schedule that works for your family
Find a career that works for you and your children. Every family situation is dif-ferent, but remember you have to do what is best for you and your family!
-Have time out together

Advancing in your career is exciting, but challenging especially as a mom. Most career moms lack support and guidance when it comes to navigating the workplace. I am a firm believer that you need training to properly climb the corporate ladder. I also know that everyone’s career path and leadership capabilities are unique. Which is why my leadership development techniques are set to accomodate each individual moms strengths and weaknesses.
You first have to identify what you want and if the current company you work for is conducive to your lifestyle. The company uses techniques to assess if you are fit for their needs and will adjust accordingly through job placement, promotions and layoffs. You are there to help the company grow successfully, but also use the tools they offer to improve your life. Although, I encourage you to always seek employment within the company. Here are some basic tips before you jump ship. Always have a plan. Always communicate and never be afraid to explore other options.
